Grievance Policy

At Carrollton we strive to maintain an atmosphere that supports healthy competition among young people. While we work to support every player, coach, and parent/guardian to have successful seasons, we know that there may be issues that arise throughout the season that can negatively affect the experience.  Because we encourage all Carrollton participants to work to resolve conflicts immediately, we provide structures to support those efforts.

FOR COACHES

  1. If you are having an issue with another coach or parent, approach that parent or coach to work it out.
  2. If that does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion, reach out to your League Coordinator to help resolve the situation.
  3. If that does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion, reach out to your League Commissioner to help resolve the situation.
  4. If that does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion, reach out to the board president of Carrollton Boosters who may bring the issue before the board.
  5. The board’s decision is final, and you will be informed of a decision in a timely manner.

FOR PARENTS

  1. If you are having an issue with another coach or parent, approach that parent or coach to work it out.
